Cocoa Nibs

There are quite a number of varieties of cocoa grown in Uganda. The mature pods are
harvested ,the wet beans scooped out of the pods and are fermented for a period of upto 5days.
The beans are then dried gradually away from direct sunlight. The dried fermented beans are
carefully roasted under controlled temperatures to perfection, hand peeled and ready for use.
Available in 125gms, 250gms, 500gms and 1kg.
